In case of litigation the consumer can recur to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Of Consumer Litigations (ADR). The ADR are entities authorized to partake in the mediation, conciliation and arbitration of consumer litigations in Portugal that are registered on the ADR entity list foreseen by the Law nº 144/2015
